Brewing instructions : Sift 1-2 teaspoons of our Pure Ceremonial Japanese Matcha into a bowl or mug. Then, pour in a small amount of hot water. Grab the matcha whisk and whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy. Top it off with hot water or almond milk or coconut milk or dairy milk whichever you prefer. You can also add a few drops of honey or maple syrup or other sweetener if you wish and enjoy your healthy cuppa of our Japanese Matcha!

Storage Instructions : Matcha should either be stored in the freezer, if you plan on not opening it for a while, or in the fridge, once it’s opened. In both cases, store it in an air-tight container (like our tin box) and keep it away from light. Otherwise Improper storage can affect the vibrancy, colour and taste of Matcha.
